Venezuelan/American accepted into the MPA-DP program with 24K per year of funding!!!!!!! Cannot even start to believe it!!! I had pretty good essays and even felt good about my video essay. My GPA, as you can see, wasn't that great and my experience of 2-3 years was in the private sector (financial consulting). However, my GRE was pretty strong.

$24,000 scholarship. 2 years Peace Corps, 1 year Fulbright. Average GRE, below average GPA, strong LoR, extensive international experience likely the biggest selecting factor.

Yeah, even I can't believe it! I guess I have sufficiently strong professional experience, essays, and LoRs to make up for my terrible quant score. I also got into 2 other top programs! So, don't worry too much about your GRE scores!

4 years of work experience for international NGO in relevant field, strong LORs. 24k in funding over 2-yr period. Perfect fit at a personal level. Will accept SIPA's offer, and won't wait for responses from HKS, Gtown SFS, Tufts MALD, JHU SAIS, Elliott School. Good luck to all.

Accepted to Human Rights and Humanitarian Policy concentration and International Conflict Resolution specialization. Disappointed to see no fellowship or scholarship offers though. Nevertheless, ELATED by this news! What a great start to the weekend! Congrats to all other admits, and best of luck to those pursuing programs at other schools! 3a/0w/0r/3p
