Clinical Psychology, University Of Maryland Baltimore Rejected, post-interview week. This program was a weird mess, and so many things felt off. BIPOC students shared white faculty AND students were racist and aggressive towards DEI; the few faculty of color looked like they were being held hostage and didn't really share much, and an older student said the director of the training clinic was blatantly racist and mistreated students without consequences. Not to mention the quality of the training in the clinic, based on her presentation, felt lacking. All red flags w/ this program, which is honestly disappointing bc I thought very highly of it before interview week. Anyways, hope this helps some ppl, stay as far away from this program if you can. I accepted my top choice last week and I'm SO happy with my decision!!!!!!! ;)

Speech Language Pathology, University of Maryland Global Campus My undergrad and top choice. clinical and volunteer experience and NSSLHA position, graduating a full year early and demonstrated tons of interest. Very confused and surprised. Was planning on doing the CI program. One of my letters of rec writers is head of graduate studies.

Physics, University of Maryland Global Campus UMD College Park. Ignore Waitlist. If you have received an offer from UMD especially from JQI, and you dont wish to attend. Please turn down the offer ASAP. Please do it ASAP. Thanks for bring considerate.

Economics, University of Maryland Global Campus Anyone who didn\'t hear from UMD and still has hope, well, don\'t have much hope. See "Admission Information" page on the UMD Economics website. Sigh. "Thank you for your interest in the University of Maryland. We received many very strong applications, and we have completed our review of all files. We contacted students who have been admitted and wait listed by email on or before March 11. We anticipate offering acceptances and funding to some of our wait listed applicants in early to mid April. We do not have a ranked wait list, so we cannot offer any more information about the probability of acceptance for wait listed applicants at this time. Unfortunately, applicants who were not placed on our wait list are unlikely to be admitted."
