Canadian applicant - architecture undergraduate degree, 8 months working experience, 3.3 GPA and great portfolio. It took me three years to get into a Canadian MArch program so I was thrilled to find out I'd been accepted. Don't give up if you don't get in on your first try!

Yet another rejection. Well its come so late

I have been invited for an interview about my application to RWTH Aachen/German Research School for Simulation Sciences.

I called in because I was suppose to hear back in mid-march and they said they are understaffed and they aren't sure when they'll be able to send out emails. Very frustrating

To the post below answering about GARS and FGSR: The CS department replied to me that they have decided to admit me (that's why my GARS shows 'admit') but FGSR have to review my application and approve their recommendation of admission, I wonder that if my language scores&GPA is high, does that means my admission will surely be approved by FGSR?

Have not heard anything from this school despite calling them twice and leaving a message. Super annoyed because most schools require a deposit by April 15.

I posted below about being waitlisted. I checked in with my POI this morning, and she emailed me and said that a spot had literally just open up, and it's mine! Awaiting a letter to explain the funding though. I'm so excited!!! My dream school, and the only one I got into (funny how that works, right?).

To the person asking about accreditation, from those I have talked to, the students there are hoping they will receive accreditation before they graduate if they accept the offer. Though I know people who would rather defer a year and apply again at other programs (if they were not accepted this year) than pay private school tuition and not be able to get licensed after graduation.

They almost charge you for 180$ for the application and then don't give you specific explanations for being declined! Hilarious!

The department has decided that no additional offers will be made.Letters will be sent to completed applicants whom we did not accept.

Congrats to the poster below. Could you give your detail more about division(s)/areas you chose to specialize in your application (ex. CAA;CES;SIGSYS) ? Thank you.

Super excited! Not my only acceptance, does anyone have any knowledge on this program? Will probably attend. Cannot wait to meet the rest of the cohort!

To the EIA poster below, dude, do you mind sharing your POI's initials?? JK...but for real, keep your chin up! Many of us going on to programs applied 2 or 3 times before getting an offer! It's such a crapshoot and unfortunately, many VERY qualified people don't end up with a single offer!

What comes after long wait is rejection. Goodbye TX!
