Computer Science, Massachusetts Institute of Technology Graduated with Top 5% of the class from a university in Southeast Asian. Have been doing research for 4 years with 4 papers (1 in AAAI). Internships at NUS, Singapore and KAUST, Saudi Arabia. Strong LoRs. Bad TOEFL speaking. I guess the dream remains a dream. It's challenging and I should pivot to another direction. The third year got rejection from MIT

Economics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology Not surprised given that I screwed up the GRE but still disappointed. Congratulations to everyone who got in. Fingers crossed that the rest of us will have good news from elsewhere.

Mechanical Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology Unexpected! 2 years robotics lab experience, acknowledged in 2 papers but no authorship. 2 years work experience at very respectable companies.

Media Arts And Sciences (Media Lab), Massachusetts Institute of Technology I have not had any portfolio visits from MIT so even if a little early I will assume I am out of the game. Don’t know if the earlier acceptance was spam or some trollass but in previous years two rounds of interviews were completed around feb 24th. Time to re-evaluate year plans. Good luck to those who got interviews!!
