Economics, University of Notre Dame Got an Email saying that update on the decision is available at the website. Checked and rejected. Supprised that I did not make the first round and even was not considered as a candidate to be determined in later rounds. There was a professor with influence in the department who has worked for years with my advisor. In fact, the professor was the advisor of my advisor. I am not saying that this network would work magically but just a little bit disappointed. Anyways, I am rejected and have better offer.
