Economics, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Email to check website. Was informally told of rejection two weeks ago. GRE was not competitive enough compared to the other applicants of this school. Do not apply unless you GRE approaching the 90th percentile and higher. 5A/0W/5R/1?

Latin American History, Penn State University DGS sent a personal email saying that I was accepted and would get a formal funding package in about two weeks. Email came less than a week after Skype interview with DGS and a few professors in my field of study.

Management, Information Systems And Digital Innovation, The London School of Economics and Political Science I had very good grades (currently studying PPE in Italy), two work experiences, and two exchange programs (one during high school, one during university). I guessed what really made the difference though was the Personal Statement, as I'm pretty sure everybody applying to LSE has good grades etc. I applied on March 1, received my personal ID on March 15, and I was accepted on April 1. Weirdly enough I saw I was made an offer on LSE4U but did not receive an email yet. I'm not the first one experiencing this problem.
