Communication Disorders & Sciences / Speech-Language Pathology, California State University, East Bay Super bummed. 3.6 CDS GPA, 3 years experience as a SPED teacher, volunteer at Aphasia Group, average GRE scores. Does anyone have any advice for ways to improve? or suggest going into a SLPA program to get into an SLP program? oor retake GRE? ahhh. I've been applying for 4 years and waitlisted this year at a couple and Just trying to think of any way to improve!! I've never wanted something so badly! Congrats to all those accepted!! so competitive out there!!

Cimmunication Sciences And Disorders/ Speech Language Pathology, State University of New York at Fredonia I emailed the director to check on the status of my application as I was wait listed. She said that the cohort of 30 was decided today.

English Lit, Oregon State University Not even an email from the department. Abysmal admissions procedures to make rejected applicants wait several weeks before notifying them. Would be cautious to enroll in such an unprofessional, irresponsible program. To applicants: if there are results in late February and you're not one of them, you have probably been rejected and the department is just too lazy to notify you. GREAT program otherwise though!

Adult Clinical Psychology, Everywhere I Applied To the EIA poster below, dude, do you mind sharing your POI's initials?? JK...but for real, keep your chin up! Many of us going on to programs applied 2 or 3 times before getting an offer! It's such a crapshoot and unfortunately, many VERY qualified people don't end up with a single offer!
