Finance, Frankfurt University, GSEFM Got an email indicated that I will only be considered in stage 3 and advised me to accept other offers from other programs. I am unexpected to be rejected by this program in finance track. Since I have been offered at UZH, Cass, Warwick, shortlisted by Tinbergen (all finance PhD/MPhil program). I guess even they mentioned on the website that they welcome the applicants with math background. BUT they actually not!!! This is also can be abstracted from their job market candidates' profile where you can rarely find one with science bachelor degree( math finance degree). Overall, I suggest those with science degree be careful and save your recommendation letter.///
