Email to check portal. I was certain it was going to be a rejection, but I was waitlisted! This is my top choice and I feel happy that they thought I was good enough to even waitlist. Fingers crossed. | GPA is MSW, no GRE.

Email to check the portal, rejection message in the portal. Bummed since this was my top choice, and I had a strong faculty research alignment.

Got an email that a decision had been made and to check the portal.

I received an email about a status update and to check my portal. The rejection message was within the portal. "Thank you for applying for graduate study at the University of California, Berkeley. After a holistic and comprehensive review of all your application materials, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you admission at this time. The UC Berkeley campus has a strict enrollment ceiling, and we are thus very limited in the number of new students we may admit each year. The admissions committee in the program you applied to had the difficult task of selecting students with the strongest overall records from a large pool of well-qualified applicants. Unfortunately, this may result in not being able to accept many applicants who are capable or have the potential of excellent academic work. We are sorry we do not have a place for you in this year's class."

Standard email notifying me to check the portal. 3.9 Master's GPA. Decent CV/Resume. Strong essay. Bummed out :/

They didn't consider the application for missing the international transcripts' evaluation.
