NOT WAITLISTED! Has anyone received an update? Interviewed on 03/05. I've not received an email or status change in the portal.

Waitlisted, and that's okay! My top program so definitely going to wait it out if I can... but still thought it was a reach school, so I am excited about it anyway lol

kinda bummed... i was hoping after all this time of decisions coming out it would be a waitlist.

Second time rejection from this program. Made it to the interview once. Some volunteer and advocacy experience. Strong letters of rec and statement of purpose. They got over 400 applicants this year and it's 15 slots per program.

email to check portal. generic letter—no indication of my placement on the waitlist, but accepted spot anyways as the program was a top choice for me. happily surprised i wasnt full on rejected with an unrelated BA and no GRE.

Is anyone still waiting to hear back from NYU and TC mental health counseling masters programs? I haven't heard back from either program and have seen some folks post their decisions.

Low GPA but I'm 20 years out of grad school and had 8 years of volunteer counseling experience.

Lowkey sad but not surprised. Generic rejection letter. 3+ years of undergrad experience, internships, work study, post-grad experience, and strong LORs. Good luck to those accepted!

Emailed by POI. Rejected off of waitlist due to limited funding for the program. Was waitlisted for around a month prior to rejection. The program has filled the cohort for fall 2024.
