Received admission after one interview with two Professors, one of them is the PI I mentioned in the application.

Received an email from my potential PI invitation to visit or have a Zoom call. PI couldn't host me during the visiting weekend (2/16, I think) because she was away.

I'm an international applicant. I already had a master's degree in my own country (not social work). I also have three years (over 6,000 hours) of practical experience as a social worker. I think that relevant working experience and reflection are the crucial elements of admission.

Children and Their Families specialization

This one hurt; the PI I spoke with implied I would be accepted but then stop communicating with me at the start of March. I am very fortunate to have received other offers. Best of luck to everyone, and keep your chin up!

Canadian. Interviewed for the program (dietetic stream). Was told today that I was waitlisted, and they would tell me where I rank on the list in the next week.

For those who haven't been accepted anywhere and haven't heard back yet from some universities. Odds are low as of now, assume that you've been rejected and plan accordingly for what you're doing next year, if you do get accepted then thats great but if you dont, its better to be prepared.
