I received a e-mail from UM two days ago.To the poster below: "we are unable to offer you admission to our PhD program due to the limited number of openings. As an alternative we would like to know if you would like to be considered for our MS program, without fellowship aid." I was wondering it means that I've already been accepted to the MS program or I just only got a chance to be reviewed again for the MS program. |
