I got an email to check the website, (rejected).

I am the same applicant who (below) expressed the kind nature of the rejection letter. Just realized I switched GRE quant and verbal stats. This kind of info might help future applicants.

Email to check the portal and find a (kind) letter of rejection. I guess they split applicants into clusters and try to provide a somewhat personal explanation.

Checked portal this AM and found admit decision updated -- bummer but fair.

I just happen to be checking the portal on the website and saw the decision letter on the portal dated from 2/24. Checked my spam mail and there was no email alerting me about the decisions going out.

Any updates from NYU? Has anyone accepted their offers or still waiting? I haven't heard back since my interview almost a month ago, and I'm wondering if I should reach out and ask. NYU's my dream school and the school I'm waiting on their decision before I accept another offer.

Really disappointed since people with lower GPAs or out-of-field applicants got acceptances yesterday, but congratulating you all! Hoping this waitlist status turns into an acceptance soon

Has anyone who was interviewed on Friday, February 12th heard back yet (for either Developmental Psychology, Counseling, or PSI)?

This is my top school so I am so so happy and relieved, but also very shocked! I have a 3.5 CSD gpa and a 3.68 cumulative gpa. I have many research and leadership experiences and I personally think that I have an amazing personal statement. This is for the in-person program btw!!

Email to check portal. Not my first choice but my first acceptance so I'm super excited! Waiting to hear back from the CUNYS and other privates. Out of field applicant but 5 years of relevant work experience and volunteer work with special needs children.

Kind of disappointed and curious what they were looking for.. didn't even get waitlist. Thought I had good stats and good extracurriculars and essays. Congrats to everyone though!
