Finance, UIUC Withdraw from wait-list. No offense at all, but I am afraid that I have to say that UIUC finance PhD program is quite bad after careful investigation. Please make sure to double check details on your own regarding their placement, job market candidate, curriculum etc before accepting the offer/remaining on the wait-list.

Finance, University Of Toronto Has anyone heard further updates after the interview? I attended the interview on 2.17 and I was promised to receive updates over the next three weeks. Could it be because of the spring break (or reading week?) that they will put off the update for one week?

Finance, University Of Illinois UIUC I can't find UIUC's placement, job market candidate, current students and the detailed program curriculum. What's wrong with UIUC? Is the program too bad that they just want to hide the useful information?

Finance, University Of Illinois (UIUC) Was asked to respond to the offer as soon as possible. Unfortunately after one week's investigation, I found UIUC is not an amazing program in terms of placement, training, and supervision. UIUC is just around top 40 level. Will decline.
