It takes 20+ days for them to write a rejection email? We should start a protest for being treated like a piece of $HIT

I thought I had a good chance here. A lot of my projects and work ex matched with the curriculum. I could even relate to certain professors' research and thought I would have fit in nicely. Looks like they've gotten better profiles. Oh well.

Finally, notification is coming up...

I have not received an email yet, but I have been checking the portal nonstop. My result came April 17th, 8:00 PM PDT. All that waiting, all that anxiety for nothing. However, I am at complete peace now, I know what I must do going forward. Everybody check the portal, your result is likely there and your emails are likely on the way.

Not even April 15th, that's the deadline to submit your intent to register. The website said that admission decisions will be released in March. We should've all received communication about our applications very long ago, the amount of time that we have been left in the dark is extreme.

I am also waiting for the result. I think the admission team of MEng should refund the app fee ($120) to applicants who have not received any message regard with the application results past Apr 15 (not even a message to say they will delay the notifications).

TTPB: I have also heard nothing, which is really disheartening. We've all been on edge waiting for these results for so long and with every passing week, we get nothing. There was a post made on April 3rd by an applicant who assumed they had been rejected although they never received an official rejection letter. It was confirmed to that applicant that they'd release official rejections by the end of the following week which would have been April 10th at the latest, and they still didn't come. As there seems to be an acceptance that came out today (I'm guessing MEng), I am hoping that today is finally the day. It is my hope that this all ends well for all of us who have been left on edge for so long because it is cruel to leave potential applicants anxious and completely out of the loop for so long. If this all ends with a rejection, that would make this all so much more painful.

I have heard nothing from the Berkeley Meng EECS program. I am writing an email to ask for refund of my application fee. I encourage all of you guys to do that, so next time they won't treat us applicants like piece of S***

I've sent numerous emails asking about the status of my application, but have yet to receive a response.

I applied to the Berkeley 5th Years Masters program. The decisions are usually sent out a bit later than MEng decisions (usually early April rather than March). I haven't received my decisions yet either, and it's almost 4/15. Anyone else applying for this program already receive their decision?

The deadline for many of my schools including Berkeley is in 5 days and still no news from Berkeley??? Has anyone heard back from them? Thanks

Haven't heard anything but there's the admit website that says commit deadline is the 15th so not sure whether they've just concluded without sending replies back?

TTPB: I'm also still waiting on a decision from Berkeley M.Eng. I emailed them a few days ago asking when I'll get a decision, but I have not received a reply.
