I had an interview in March, which involved writing a 300 word essay afterward and sending it back within 24 hours. I heard nothing for weeks, so I followed up twice and was told they were sending offers to full-time students that week and would send to part-time students after that. I had to make decisions on my other offers (Brooklyn College and Hunter College) by mid-April, so hearing back in May is way too late. I assume I was on some waitlist but they didn't tell me? It took them 6 weeks to give me a decision after my interview with two follow ups in between. It feels a bit rude to have so little communication from them when I had to jump through so many hoops (and pay a significant application fee). |
