TTPB: I have applied to Ph.D. in Machine Learning program in the IC department and haven't received anything yet. Which department did you apply to and did you received an email just now?

No surprising rejection. They send out all offers around Feb.

Stop fighting people. This is becoming irritating for people who just checking Gradcafe and also causing massive confusion on what to expect. If you have got your result, be happy, move on and stop justifying you are right as no one is able to validate anything anyway. For those of you who haven't heard anything, let's wait for the status to change. Nothing posted here is going to change your application decision. So stop posting random things here.

All those saying Gatech has never waitlisted and decisions here are spam, for your kind information, never coronavirus pandemic came, so this time around things are certainly different, so chill out and mostly you will get decision in 1 or 2 days max, as I emailed them and after some time, they said my decision is available at the website in the reply email. If you are eager, mail the department, they also told me that in the pandemic, there is a little hotchpotch this time around to wind things faster and give students a few extra days to decide...

It seems weird that they would be releasing results at 3am their time

All those who did not get admitted are posting that posts were fake, pitty on you people. Believe today or in one or two days when you get it, more likely a reject. No one is so free to spam so much. You people implying spam > real. Challenging the Naive Bayes theorem fundsmentals...

IDGAF, i am going to UIUC anyways, f*** Gatech and UCLA both, UCSD no reply still, f*** UCSD too...

TTBP: To the poster who is an undergrad at GaTech and posted about results releasing in batches, do you have an idea of the timeline by when do they expect to release all the results? Mine is still under department review. :(
