IGNORE STATUS! Has anyone heard from them? Interview, acceptance or rejection?

The staff were very friendly however it was obvious they had already picked candidates from their own undergraduate program. I understand them preferring students they're already familiar with, however when you only offer about 4 masters spots it feels like a waste of time to apply as an out of state student.

$60k in scholarships including a fellowship.

3.81 Master's GPA, 1 poster presentation. Received an email to check my portal where the rejection letter was waiting.
