Philosophy, CUNY - City University Of New York Form email from Carol Gould. This is an actual wait-list, not admitted and wait-listed for fellowship. I was expecting this once I didn't get an offer or a rejection; I was not, however, expecting it to come at 1:30 AM eastern.
