Computer Science Graduate School Admission Results

To the ETh Zurich poster below: Submitted on Dec 8th. Materials arrived around Dec 12th. Chinese undergrad, Can you please share your profile?(cg,GRE, publications?)

3.5 yrs of research experience, co-founder at a start-up, graduated from one of the top computer science institute in India, good GPA, SOP and LOR's . What else do they need ? Is GRE score, the only thing that matters ?

To post below, so you did not get interview nor rej/ad? It is so weird as posts last week said the decision should be finalized last week but I have no result now

TOEFL 108. >5 years software development experience. Undergrad in biotech. Good lor and sop. Need to take proficiency courses but worth it!

To the poster on March 25th: I think all eventual accepted people had to go through an interview (at least that's how it sounded). I ended up not interviewing because I had already accepted another offer.

Not enough research background, I suppose.

Anyway got in CMU.

"Your application is still under review by the department. The department can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to make a decision." Seriously!!

The review of all Computer Science and Engineering MS and MCS applications has been completed and the decision has been sent to the Graduate Office for processing. During this busy time it may take 3-5 days for your application decision to be entered and forwarded to you. So, what is it? :/

To the UIC posts below me, did anyone of you get interviewed before an acceptance came by?

Same here man, still haven't heard a word. The only reason for them to take so long is I think they're making personal reject letters for each of us
