Was invited to group interviews, groups of 4 people for on hour! It seems like this is all the interviews being sent for this program, but you can never be sure.

Got email saying almost 400 applied and 30ish would be selected for an interview, then 12-15 of those would get a spot. Then 5 days later they said that if you hadn't gotten an email invite to interview, then you hadn't been selected for one, which is what happened to me. Disappointed but the odds weren't in my favor since they're only accepting 12-15 people out of so many applicants.

Got an email saying I did not get an interview and that there were almost 400 applicants. It also says that they do not anticipate inviting people for more interviews.

Got an email on 1/22 saying "We appreciate your interest in the master's program within the Department of Counseling and Educational Development at UNCG. This email is to inform you that if you have not received an invitation to attend the interview day on Friday January 26th, you will not be considered for admission for the Fall 2024 class. We had nearly 200 people apply for 35-40 openings so difficult decisions had to be made. Although this is no doubt disappointing news, we wish you the very best in your future professional pursuits."

Rejection email from psych department, no update to portal status.

Has anyone heard back from program director about if all interviews have been sent out or not? I haven't gotten a response and just want to know if I got a silent rejection since it says their interview day is 2/9

After anxiously waiting for a while, I finally got my acceptance today. A huge relief!
