Rejected off the waitlist. Hoping for next year!

Got my admission letter in March but assitanship came May 1st. I am so elated.

Did any of you hear back from UCR? Isn't the admission cycle over, then why haven't they notified me on anything yet?

No GRE, sent recommendation letters

Email inviting me to an admitted students night, then an email to check the portal for an admissions update a few hours later.

Received college placement today. Still no word on funding so I will probably have to decline.

Email which directed me to the application portal, about 6 weeks since application deadline to hear back.

Rejected from MS in Clinical Research Methods program after being rejected by clinical psych PhD program.

UofT MSc CS thesis program. Knew it would be a rejection from the last 3 months since they've been interviewing people since January. So already had moved on to other plans. Just find it sus that it takes them 5 months to send an update. Anyway, domestic candidate and 4.0 GPA. No publications.

Waitlisted in February

I thought I had failed to get in for another year—late acceptance after mostly radio silence—instrumentation specialization and lots of hands-on undergraduate research but from a very small university. Be disheartened, it's impossible not to feel that way, but no matter what do not give up. Remember this whole system is luck-based as much as it is based on your hard work.
