Expected. Looking forward for other decisions.

I credit my compelling Statement of Purpose and SFTR essay.

Expected but not disappointed as I was able to make it into my other schools. Congrats to those who made it. However, I am disappointed to see some of the comments of people who got rejected. If you think you're so perfect then that's probably why you were rejected. Fix your attitude and cheer up. There are many other things to be disappointed about.

Q. What doesn't get you into Stanford EE? Ans. A high GPA degree from a top-ranked NIT, convincing SOP, strong LORs (even from Profs with 25+ h-index values), high GRE and TOEFL scores, solid industrial and research experiences, proven leadership qualities, and a couple of publications at Tier-1 international conferences. P.S. I hate Tuesdays.

Fucking waste of an application

GPA 9.3

Got an email to check the portal. BTW, this was expected.

1 top tier publication (3rd author), another under submission (1st co-author). GPA 8.6/10 at top tier Indian university. Time to accept fully-funded PhD at UT Austin. Fu**ing disappointed.

Decision letter was waiting on applyweb. No email notification.

Structural here. Still have yet to hear back as well. Tempted to send an email requesting status, but don't want to annoy them.

To the one who posted some posts below, I also applied to SDC and I haven't received an offer nor rejection. It seems that the program started to announce offers 2 weeks ago and previous years gave offers until Mid-March... so I guess we are still under evaluation...

To the poster below for Stanford ERE, did you get an email with the rejection? I haven't gotten interview or rejection, so was wondering. Checked portal and it still shows "Submitted"
