Computer Science, New York University ( NYU) I had applied for MS CS at NYU Tandon in October. Got a mail saying that I was rejected, but the admissions committee considered me a strong candidate for the MS in Computer Engineering program and that they want to review my profile for the same.

English, New York University Emailed to check website. Only after I had emailed to ask the status of my application since everywhere I'd applied had gotten back to me a MONTH ago. I received a response the day my result was posted to "check with Data Science directly." Spent 5 minutes panicking that I had applied to the wrong program. Turns out I hadn't-- surprise surprise.

Social Anthropology, York University I am an international student and have my MA from a Canadian university. I have contacted them and asked about the status of my application and today I got an email that informed me I am on the waitlist since they have only 2 spots for international students in their Ph.D. program I think I should say bye to York.
