Mechanical Engineering, Massachusetts Institute Of Technology (MIT) I e-mail to ask about my status and the Lady said "All decisions are expected to be made by the end of march. As soon as a decision has been made on your application, you will be notified first via e-mail and then followed up by a formal letter" - - - - I guess I just have to keep on waiting but the horizon is not looking too good for me

Materials Science & Engineering, Massachusetts Institute Of Technology (MIT) Last year one of my seniors got admitted, he wasn't even within the top 5% of my more than 500 people department. I had done 4 undergraduate research projects and 2 publications. Strong recommendations from respectable professors, 2 of which graduated from MIT while the other from another top US school...

Materials Science And Engineering, Massachusetts Institute Of Technology (MIT) It's a bit confusing, you have to click on "MIT Graduate Application to the Department of Materials Science and Engineering" header itself. But, the view decision button may take like half a minute to appear below where it links you to the institution home page.
