Graduate School Admission Results

Expected reject. Area: ML.

Have amazing academic scores and credentials. Was very hopeful I'll get into GaTech. Disappointed, but who cares, will go to a better school anyways!

I applied for Interactive Intelligence specialisation. Not heard back yet.

Are the results for Interactive intelligence specialization out? Did anybody, who applied for this specialization receive an email?

To the people for whom it is still showing "To Dept For Review", which specialization had you applied for?

People who haven't received any response from Gatech can you please share the area of interest you applied to. It seems that results for IC are not out yet.

Surely I can't be the only one that hasn't received an email and application status still shows "To Dept For Review"?

Has anyone applied to Ph.D. in Machine Learning in the School of Interactive Computing and waiting to hear back? I mailed them a week back and they said they are still reviewing the applications. (not Ph.D. in CS with ML/AI track)

From newly established uni. Took a gap year. Interned at a visual group in tech company. More than two research experience. One paper submitted but not as 1st author. All academic work focused on vision & ML. Strong LoRs. Actually surprised. Good luck to everyone.

+ 3yr of work exp at San Jose. Congrats to those who got admitted.

To all those claiming the committee accepted undeserving applicants for diversity - I tick most of the diversity checkboxes with better stats than some of the accepted applicants and didn't get in. Not sure how they rank applications, but this seems random.
