Architecture, University Of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Email directing me to a website with a generic rejection letter. Application deadline was Dec. 15. Cannot understand why it took 6+ months. Gave up on them about 2 months ago anyway. Really disappointed by the continuous misinformation on when I'd be notified of the results, and the apparent lack of organization from the school.

Architecture (1 Yr) M.Arch Option 1, University Of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Spoke with Nam from UCLA today. She said "should be by early next month." Regardless of when we find out, however, she said that we need to be reviewed twice before being rejected. Those who were already accepted were twice approved. In my case, and probably others who have not heard yet, I was already reviewed and rejected once so I am waiting for the final rejection. I suppose if the second reviewer felt strongly otherwise and they still have space, they could fight to include someone...but I'm not holding my breath.

Architecture, University Of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) I agree that our chances don't look good at this point. Last year's results paint a bleak picture. However, they should know by now who has accepted their admission offers. What is so difficult about letting in a few off the "unofficial waitlist" and dropping the rest of us? I don't understand why it takes them 5+ months to process what virtually all the other programs do in 3 months.

Architecture, University Of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Let's face it, if they haven't sent the first notification, we are, w/o notice, unofficially on the waitlist. I have a feeling based on 2010 archives, we would be lucky to recieve info in June, and extremely lucky to be accepted.

Architecture, UCLA AUD They are ridiculous. I emailed them twice asking about decisions with no response. Checked the website and it says a decision has not yet been made. Could they be any more disorganized? Its the end of April. Ive already accepted another schools offer and signed a lease.

Master Of Architecture (3 Years), UCLA AUD I haven't heard anything from UCLA yet, so I finally called the Department of Architecture today. The lady told me that they're trying to get out decisions by May 1st...though she is not sure if that goal will be met. Thought I would share this information with the rest of you guys who are painfully waiting. Good luck!
