(Computer Science ) General, Columbia University (FFSEAS) Is anyone still waiting for a response from Columbia for MS in CS? I submitted my application on 26th Jan. Still no response. Have I been waitlisted? Did anyone get a response in the last 2 days?

Biological Science, Columbia College To the international columbia poster below: Did you have a preliminary skype interview or nothing at all? Because they make a skype interview first with internationals, then they invite to campus. I did not hear anything after skype interview.

(Computer Science ), Columbia University (FFSEAS) When did you submit your application? Columbia's Fall priority deadline was 15th of Feb. it says rolling applies only to the applicants who submitted after that deadline! am I getting it wrong? How is this possible!

Computer Science, Columbia College TTPB: Thank you for your answer!!! really appreciate it. I think I'm going to wait one or two days more to see the other schools left send out offers. Also, to the one just below it : I don't know about others, but I've got interview email first, and the state changed to pending 2(?) weeks after interview. And in another or two weeks, I've got an admission letter.

Computer Science, Columbia College To the posters below, be patient. Most of the people accepted to Columbia were also accepted to other top schools. They will take time to decide after the visit days are over. MIT/CMU/Stanford and others have the visit days this month. As a matter of fact, MIT's is next week. So expect to hear by the end of the month. You are probably on the waitlist. All the best!

Journalism, Master Of Science, Columbia College Got into the Data Journalism specialisation. The university told me they couldn't give me any aid but I could apply for loan programs because they "understand the fee is substantial." Lol right.
