Speech Language Pathology, New York Medical College (NYMC) I interviewed back in the beginning of January and still never heard back. Ive called about 3 times from Feb to now, they just kept telling me my application didn't have a decision. I also emailed and never got a response. It was my top after I interviewed but the longer they waited they went to the bottom of my list. Feel like they are very disorganized.

Political Science, City University Of New York (CUNY) (Same email as those below.) Subfield: political theory. I'm desperate. I didn't get any acceptances and I'm on just two waitlists (CUNY and another school--philosophy PhD program). This is my fourth time applying for PhDs; so if it would make an acceptee who is on the fence feel like they're helping someone, declining your offer at CUNY might help my poor, tired soul achieve a goal I've had for so, so long. [For future applicants: GPA is grad. Two master's degrees (one in philosophy); 12+ conference presentations; Fulbright student research grantee; $240k in student debt, lol.]

Mathematics, New York University (NYU) - Courant If anyone has been extended an offer but is leaning towards another program, pllleeeeaaassseeeee consider declining in advance of the common reply date. We on the NYU waitlist are real, desperate, flesh-and-blood people and would be forever in your debt :)

Neuroscience, New York University Hi everyone, just a PSA to not even waste your time applying to NYU they literally pick who they want before the interviews and even if you change their mind at the interview they will just throw you on a fake waitlist and make you wait until right before the deadline just to reject you (and not even inform you of the waitlist you are on, complete ghosting situation for 3 months). I contacted several people just to inquire about my standing for admission with NO ANSWERS until less than 10 days before the deadline to accept offers. Honestly I received 0 respect from the entire grad administration at NYU and it was a terrible experience

Urban Education, City University Of New York (CUNY) I am wondering if anyone has heard anything from the CUNY Urban Education program? My application portal says submitted, but I have not received any contact from the department. I recognize that the coronavirus has likely disrupted the process, but I am a little frustrated that there has been no contact at all. Even a rejection notice would bring closure at this point. The Urban Education twitter account tweeted out one congratulation to an accepted student so far (this feels a little inappropriate to me). Has anyone heard anything? Grad GPA 3.99, many publication credits. Is it time to give up hope?

Operations Management, New York University ( NYU) Stern If anyone gets the offer but has a better choice (Kellogg, Fuqua, Booth, HBS, CBS, Stanford GSB), please withdraw it. Many thanks for that. Stern is my dream place and I got no other Biz school for me in the US... Life is so hard.
