Brief email from the Chair of the Department, letting me know that my file was read with great interest and admiration but that, due to global pandemic conditions, they have only a limited number of fellowships. "Although we are not able to admit you at this point, you are high on our waitlist."

My acceptance mail went into Spam folder too, and I didn't receive the notification until my advisors emailed me! So incredibly excited, congrats to all of you below and look forward to meeting everyone at virtual visit! Similar to posters below: research stipend+ student research fund+ transition allowance. I was interviewed by 2 faculty, one of whom is going to be my advisor. Other advisor was mentioned in my SOP.

Acceptance went to the spam folder! Non-traditional applicant with significant work experience. Interview in mid-Jan. Very excited about this program and will definitely attend the Visiting Days. Like a prev poster mentioned: stipend + conference stipend + relocation assistance.

I already logged my acceptance below. But just wanted to re-iterate what another poster said; The acceptance initially WENT TO SPAM. So check your spam folders. (This made me think I should have been checking spam folders for other schools as well...)

With two solo-authored publications and three years of teaching experience. I didn't submit my GRE results. I'll probably try again next application round.

Very excited! Almost certainly will accept but will go to the virtual open house (March 7 - 11) before accepting. I interviewed in mid January with my two POI and was accepted to be co-advised by them.

Received an acceptance email from the admissions coordinator this morning that went to spam. Follow-ups from two co-advisors pushed it into my inbox! I was accepted to work with my top choices for co-advisors with a generous stipend, research stipend, and moving stipend!! I am in the area of archives and digital curation. I have research and conference experience but no publication history! Also I will say my interviews and application materials were not "perfect" by any means. This is my first phd acceptance so far. Good luck to everyone else! This process is so anxiety-inducing and time-consuming. We've got this!
