Graduate School Admission Results

General rejection email from the department's Director of Admissions. Not super sad, as I already expected this response given that was not invited for an interview. It seems that only a very small number of students get accepted each year. Good luck!

What a shame. It was the school I wanted to go to the most. Congratulations to those who got it! The Email said they had a record number of applications this year. To those who also didn't get in, don't give up yet. I know people from my school who got rejected from every university they applied to except home, did a Masters degree and did well, and then got into Berkeley on the second try.

I am literally crying from happiness I was scared I wouldn't get in anywhere. Good luck everyone!

Standard rejection email. Not surprised, wasn't quite a fit.

So sad. I really wanted to get into this program but only receive a rejection. I guess this is life. It has its own plans and hope for the best. Given that they probably only admit a very small number of people, I wish all the best to those who get accepted and hope they can make contributions to the world after they graduate.
