Computer Science, Columbia College Got the interview email on 8th March. Gave it on 10th. Still waiting for results. On emailing the admissions department, they informed me that my application was under their review pipeline. What does that mean? Is it an implicit waitlist?

Mangement Science And Engineering, Columbia University (Fu Foundation) To all those posters who are waiting. I emailed them on April 7 regarding the decision. Here's their reply "Thank you for applying to Columbia Engineering. We understand your concerns. We appreciate the time and effort you spent in preparing your application and want to assure you that the faculty is working very hard to give each application careful attention. There is no other information we can provide at this time. We appreciate your patience with the admission process and will contact you via email as soon as a decision is available on your application." Don'y know what to do.

Data Science, Columbia University (Fu Foundation SEAS) To fellow applicants, I just called the institute and got confirmation that they do email admission in batches. Students profiles are assigned randomly to groups of faculty, and when your application gets reviewed really depends on the speed of the faculty you are assigned to, so it's not related when you submitted application. More admissions will be communicated probably in the next two weeks. Stay tight (I know it's hard).
