Canadian applicant; interviewed end of Jan, rejected via email last week from PI; status changed to 'unsuccessful' today on MyFile portal, but haven't received the rejection email yet as the official rejection emails typically lags several days behind the portal update with YorkU. Congrats to all candidates who received offers!

Heard by email late 2/29. Very excited! I will likely take this offer if they ensure that they can fund the incoming class.

was put on waitlist after informal interview in January, just now got official rejection in the portal so whoever had the formal interview must've accepted.

I expected it. In-person interview invites were sent out in February. They said in the rejection that they had over 1000 applicants this year though and that crazy! Congrats to all that go in.
