Pretty surprised I didn't get an interview...I have a sneaking suspicion my POI only accepts women.

Received email about interviews and open house February 7-8

Email stating I've been invited to an interview and that I will soon be notified of the date/time

1.5 weeks after interview, Received personal email from POI noting that an offer had been made and accepted by another candidate and no more offers would be made.

Was emailed by PoI directly that they wanted to have a skype interview in the next two days.

To the previous poster for University of Hawaii at Manoa, can you post the PI's initial to whom you applied to work under?

Got notice from POI that I am invited to interview on either Jan 29 or Feb 19. I received my official invitation (also through email) from the dept on Jan 8 with more detailed information.

FYI. I spoke with DCT, who told me that all of the students selected have accepted offers of admission. Therefore, they will not be making any more offers to those placed on the waitlist.

Said that it was because of my GRE score and lack of experience
