Bummer. Does anyone know how the wait list at Berkeley works?

didn't get the official letter, but can assume i didn't get in. UPenn is so frustrating -they need a more expeditious way of informing us whether we got in or not.

I had to beg for it. But now it's over -- no more stress.

After many phone calls and emails, I was informed it's pretty safe to assume one was rejected if one have not heard back from SP2.

called a rep too; she said decisions were mailed out friday. i imagine they are rejection letters, since the admissions chair would've already contacted us via phone/email if we were admitted. why does penn take so long?

Called on rep, who said decisions were mailed on Friday. Emailed another rep who said decisions will be delivered in two weeks. Should I just assume the worst?

I need a f%*&%ing drink. Try again next year I guess.

Requested status by email. Return email said decisions will be made in the next few weeks. Twenty minutes later, received another email stating I had been rejected.

Admission offer was informed by e-mail by Chair of Ph.D. program. Message was left on answering machine.

I got a phone call first and then an email telling me to check the website for admissions letter

I received an e-mail telling me I had been accepted, and then received a letter a few days later stating that I had not been accepted, and instead referred to the MSW program. Turns out the system made a mistake? :< Anyway, disregard my previous posting of being the first to be accepted into the combined program.

Emailed an admissions rep today; she emailed me back saying that decisions will be available in two weeks. Good luck, everyone!

Also accepted to MSW/PhD Combined program by phone call from chair of department! SO excited!

First to accepted in to the MSW/PhD combined program !!!!
