TPB: I haven't been formally accepted by the program. Dr. Craig just informed during the interview. He told me I am high on the list for 2nd round funding offers. An administrator in the department is going to email later to let me know the funding situation. As to your interview, I do not know whether the interview was for similar purposes to mine. If you are an international student, skype interviews are usually done prior to an admission decision. It is not the same for national students.

My EOI was rejected and they didn't invited me to apply! Are they crazy?

I don't think they have even done first round offers yet...

Has anyone who was invited for the interview decided not to attend the interview because you were admitted elsewhere? Is it rude to decline interview even before a final decision is made?

Just about 7 pm. I did interview last week.

Email to check portal. Did not really want to attend. Mostly wanted to use my other offers to see how high the stipend could get because Berkeley commies are broke.
