I am pleased to inform you that, after careful review by the Adult Learning and Leadership Program Faculty, your application has been selected for further consideration. As a result, it is with great pleasure that we would like to extend to you the opportunity to interview virtually with two faculty members and complete an “on-site” essay.

Masters in astrophysics from Germany. 4 yrs+ of research experience. 3 summer schools/workshops. No pubs or conference presentations. No GRE. Talked to prof before applying. Didn't receive an interview call. Generic email to check in the status. Really heartbroken as they were my dream prof.. I really envy who got in but yeah, all the best! Cherish the position forever!
