Computer Science, University Of Maryland - College Park TTPB about PhD - it is true that they might be considering you for MS. It is one of the main reasons why I applied for PhD here, knowing that my chances of getting an admit for that are very low. I had confirmed this with them via mail last August, before the application season.

Computer Science, University Of Maryland, College Park (UMD) Has anyone received a rejection on the application portal? I have not heard anything from UMD and contacted a POI. He informed me that I should assume I have been rejected if I have not received an acceptance letter.

Computer Science, University Of Maryland (College Park) 9.24/10 GPA. CS Dual Degree from a top univ in India with research experience. Mail had an attachment with TA/RA info (not guaranteed, but quite possible to get) which can be used to waive tuition.

Computer Science, University Of Maryland - College Park TTPB who got the Ph.D. offer: Congrats! Did you receive an email yesterday? I am also waiting to hear back from UMD but no communication yet. I tried contacting csgradof[at]cs.umd.edu but they also didn't respond. I dropped a mail to POI today.
