Got an email from the program director. Pls decline it if you have chosen another institution. This program is my top choice. I wish you all a bright future!

Got off the waitlist after around 3 months of waiting (submitted app at an early deadline (Oct) / interviewed on Nov. / Waitlisted on Dec.)

Canadian, out-of-province applicant. I have an honours psych bachelors and a graduate diploma. Years of volunteer experience at crisis lines and have been working as a youth protection social worker for the last year. Informed with an email informing to check application page.

Out-of-province domestic student. Didn't receive any emails to check the portal. Just happened to do so, and saw a rejection was posted. Congrats to all who got in!

Organic. I assume waitlist then rejection because of how late but who knows

Ignore status. Graduate coordinator always copy-pastes "sent out some decisions but reviewing more applications" when I ask if I am on waitlist. Guess I am on the waitlist. Please decline if you are not going. Late decline makes schools unable to send offers to the waitlists, who are willing to go there.

Was on the top of the waitlist for Global Social Change. PoI told me that the Dean's Office ordered an end to any additional offers due to budgetary concerns, almost certainly caused by the huge rise in stipends. An already small department gets even smaller.
