Physics, Ohio State University Ignore waitlist. Has anyone heard from them yet? I tried contacting people in the department, but radio silence. I thought decisions for this school were supposed to be out by now, but mine is still pending.
For those curious: I applied for AMO/Nuclear. 1.5 years of research/DOE internships. No GRE.

Physics, ETH Zurich - Swiss Federal Institute Of Technology Almost 4 years of research experience, co-authorship of Q1 article, summer internship at ETH, LoR from ETH Professor, 4-year bachelor in Physics from top-1 national uni with plenty of special course. Was kinda obvious anyways according the result of this year. Not so good gpa and pretty bad GRE.

Dear
Thank you for applying to the Applied Physics Program at the University of Michigan. We received many impressive applications, such as yours, and we only had room for a specific number of admits. We regret to inform you that you have not been admitted to the program.
We wish you all the very best in your endeavors.
Kind regards,

Physics And Astronomy, SUNY Stony Brook Thank you for your application to the PhD program in Physics and Astronomy at Stony Brook University. Unfortunately, I have to let you know that we have concluded making all the PhD offers we will be able to make this year and will not be able to make you an offer to join the PhD program.
The limitation on the number of offers we can make is mostly financial and we recognize that there are a large number of excellent students who could thrive in our program, but that we cannot admit to the PhD program at this time. I hope that you will receive offers from other programs and find a good path forward to pursue your scientific interests.
This email is not an official rejection letter, you will receive an official notification from our system in the coming weeks, but as that will take a while to process I wanted to let you know of this decision as soon as possible so that you can make other plans for the coming academic year. I apologize in advance that you will receive two notifications of this news.
I wish you all the best for your future endeavors!
Best Regards,
Matt Dawber

Physics And Astronomy, University Of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Dear Mr. Rahman:
I am writing to regretfully inform you that we will not be able to offer you a place in the University of Illinois Physics Graduate Program. We received a record number of nearly 1000 applications this year; because we have a limited number of openings in each research area, we must unfortunately turn away many highly qualified students. I regret that we cannot take more of the excellent students that were in our applicant pool this year. I hope you find a graduate physics program that fits your research interests and I wish you the best in your promising future career.
Sincerely,
S.L. Cooper

Physics, University Of California, San Diego not surprised, don't know why they send the rejection so late, a POI I contacted earlier told me they would have sent out all the offers before March
