Congatulations to those who got accepted! Acceptance would have been nice, but my research experience probably doesnt exactly overlap (though I had indicsted in my SOP that I wanted to explore areas outside the niche area of my undergrad research). I am currently a senior year mechanical engineering undergrad with 2.5 years of materials research, 1 publication(related to materials), 2 publications in the pipeline, very strong LoRs (Apart from my undergrad insti, 2 LOR's are from guides in Korea and Manchester), and graduating 1st class with honours. |
