I emailed Tom Hurst and he replied: "We hope to have PhD decisions out in late February, early March. " Note: I applied for MS in CS, not sure why he replied for PhD decision.

Finally reached out to contact person after not hearing back/not seeing anything on here and was told that all interview invites have been extended.
