MSCS, CGPA: 9, undergrad from JSSSTU ECE

Received the admission on Feb 5th. After several interviews and assigned tasks, they offered me the assistantship position. Research track: Pavement engineering

Got notified by the director of the program that I got off the waitlist (and that the funding increased this year - yay!) - now to make some hard decisions between schools....4a/2w/6r

12 rejections so far......16 months of research exp from top schools in India

subfield: hep-ph. 4.0 undergrad GPA, now doing a master's at a top (or more confidently, best) EU program for theoretical physics, 5 research, 1 pub. Thought NYU was my safe choice lol. Already committed to a better offer, now don't bother to reject this one. This year's application is getting unbelievably tough. The suggestion for 25 applicants is to apply as much as you can

Anybody got funding from this program??

If there's anyone who has received an offer from Ohio State University but doesn't plan to attend, I would be immensely grateful if you could kindly decline your offer as soon as possible. The waitlist will only be kept until April 15th. Ohio State University is my dream school, and this opportunity could be my last chance to gain admission to a PhD program this year.
