Systematics And Evolution, University Of Alberta Just wanted to remind people who have other prospects to decline their offers to UofA as soon as possible if not intending to accept. That would be especially in Biological Sciences. :( I thought I stood a higher chance but I think they really do just look at GPA. I had a reference letter from a Dean, full support of my supervisor, and I did a double honours degree.

Computer Science, University Of Alberta (U Of A) The next round of admission is expected around mid-april — may or may not more offers. Via POI. My speculation is more admits are contingent on the response of those who got offers & the availability of funds since many decisions got delayed because of COVID-19. Anyhow, check your portals around that time and maybe take a break from checking portals since then. Good luck!

Computer Science, University Of Alberta Hey poster below, I think they mentioned that they will be another round of results. As several other people from different faculties have mentioned out, they got delayed by the COVID pandemic. So don't panic just yet. I think we will see more results coming our way by mid-April

Computer Science, University Of Alberta Will there be any more round of admissions for the thesis program? Almost 3-month waiting and still undecided. No interview at all. Can I just consider it a silent rejection? Not seeing any accepted in April last year. Cannot be more anxious now.
