Computer Science, University Of Wisconsin-Madison I have no idea if admissions are rolling or not. It seems like they gave out acceptances on both the 2nd and the 3rd, though, so it doesn't look like they're supposed to all come out at the same time.

Computer Science, University Of Wisconsin-Madison Most of the programs send admits on a rolling basis. So yes, a few admits for Ph.D. would be out for sure if not all. It's possible that a few MS admits are also out. TTPB who is foul-mouthed: Wait for a month, you'll not believe how wrong you were. I also haven't received any decision, but I wouldn't be so sure that all the posts are fake. I applied last year and I was also in denial in Jan/Feb. It turned out that most Ph.D. admits were sent in Jan/Feb and the rejections were sent really late.

Computer Science, University Of Wisconsin-Madison First accept!! From a top engineering institute in India. Non-CS undergrad, 2 publications, 3 research internships in CS, high GPA, avg GRE. Don't be afraid to apply in CS if you have a non-CS background. Instead, work towards it.

Computer Science, University Of Wisconsin-Madison TTPB: I was offered a funded TAship. Strong rec letters, >90th GRE reading and math, >3.8 gpa overall and >3.9 in both majors, no publications but research experience and extensive TA experience. Indicated interest in architecture and theory.
