Computer Science, New York University (NYU) I received a letter with a cliché rejection paragraph but the paper is fancy though. The letter was dated March 31st, for those who wonder the decision date. Four days arrival time in-state, kudos.

Computer Science, New York University (NYU) - Courant Anyone know how long the admission process will take to get back to us about the admission decision, while i submiited my application beginning of this month? how hard is it to get into this program @ NYU?

Submitting after the deadline won't hamper your chances too much (since you're aiming for the master's instead of the PhD, they're not as rigid). Very little is known about when either school is gonna sent out their results. Columbia has been deliberating for 4 months!

Computer Science, New York University (NYU) I thought i had a very good application and so mailed a proff asking what happenned..he said that few offers were sent out and will keep me updated. This whole thing is so stressful, I got in to some other top places and still I care where else get admission!! I check this forum 5 times a day!Is this just me or there are others too?

Computer Science, New York University (NYU) I emailed the department asking my status, and they responded by saying that they only give out answers via snail mail and that I should wait until at least the end of March to receive a letter before contacting the department.

(Computer Science - Data Science, Duke University Duke is probably my top choice, so I'm really excited! I received an email today from the professor I had a Skype interview with a few weeks ago notifying me of my acceptance. There were close to 650 applications for a class of 30-35 students. Formal acceptance letter is supposed to come in a few days.
