Community Health Sciences, Drexel University Drexel strung me along for MONTHS, initially telling me I'd hear back late January, then late February, then March 15th, then the week after, etc. I had to ask for an extension from a competing school, so I was a bit flummoxed to open the portal to a rejection today. I met with multiple faculty members interested in working with me, have a long CV with over 30 papers in press, and am mid-career working in mental health. I had a 4.0 in my Master's program with a Dean's award. I suppose I can see it as a silver lining to have dodged a bullet in working with a program lacking professionalism. However, I'm still disappointed as Drexel gave me the impression that they may have a more social justice-informed approach than other schools I had been considering, with an emphasis on interrogating systems.

Electrical And Computer Engineering, Texas A&M University - College Station (TAMU) Had an interview in February, did not like the content of the professor's research so politely declined. Had another one in March, but again it was in an adjacent field, so did not do well in the interview and had to express the same. Had a final one on the 8th of April where both field and specific research area met my interests, and am now waiting to hear back.

BIOMEDICAL SCIENCE (PHD) MEDICAL MICROBIOLOGY & IMMUNOLOGY Track, The University Of Toledo I haven't been rejected from the program yet, but my application status still says 'Under review' on the portal. I've tried emailing them, but haven't gotten a response. I'm not sure what's happening, so I'm reaching out here to see if any other applicants have any helpful info. Please comment if you know anything!

English, Tufts University Still waiting to get off the waitlist. Please, if you are considering rejecting, can you do so soon? It is already April 11. I would rather know sooner rather than later (April 15), especially since I need to know these results to figure out my own plans.
