Computer Science, University Of California, Berkeley University of Waterloo grad, no conference papers, one undergraduate research experience in an unrelated domain of computer science, many internships. Rough cumulative GPA due to a couple of terms where I really struggled with completing schoolwork, due to external sources. Not very surprised at the result. Honestly, if anybody has any advice for how I can turn my chances next time I apply, despite not being able to change my GPA, I'd love to hear it in the comments.

Computer Science, University Of Southern California I cannot believe it! I applied to three programs within computer science (AI, Data Science, and the general CS degree) and got admitted to all three. I did not receive an email, but checked my portal and saw my acceptance letters. I had 3 Summer internships and will be graduating with my Bachelor's this May. I was the software lead of a finalist team competing in an Elon Musk competition and worked on code for a medical device that was later approved by the FDA. Good luck to those still waiting!

Computer Science, ETH Zurich - Swiss Federal Institute Of Technology Italian student from Politecnico di Torino BSc in Computer Engineering. Grade average: 29.3/30 (GPA = 3.9), no research experience, no internships, I guess very good SoP and good LoRs. I was already admitted to Cyber Security MSc program at ETH a couple of weeks ago.

Computer Science, University Of Pennsylvania Computer And Information Science, University Of Pennsylvania I know last year they had an acceptance rate of 10ish%, so it was pretty ambitious of me. GPA: 4.5/5. 7 months of research assistant experience, and 9 months of work experience in the form of internships at the time of application. No publications. No GRE. 3 semesters as TA. Second place out of 40 in European tech competition. TOEFL 113. Got email today to check for decision on their application system.

Computer Science, ETH Zurich - Swiss Federal Institute Of Technology Currently working in India. Did a research intern from USC. 1 first author ICLR, 1 ACL and 1 CVPR oral. UG at IIT Delhi with a GPA of 9.69/10 (class topper). Got an email to check portal at around 7pm IST. Had an interview for ESOP last Thursday but not heard anything about ESOP acceptance.

Computer Science, ETH Zurich - Swiss Federal Institute Of Technology Ignore the waitlist. I applied for CS direct doctorate, but my application status changed to Computer Science MSc. I guess this may indicate that my direct doctorate application failed and thus automatically changed to and reconsidered as a master application. Does anyone in the same situation as me?
