Received standard rejection email after being on waitlist. Did anyone on the waitlist get accepted? If so, congrats! ❤️

CGPA: 3.5/4.3; No GRE; 3 research internships + 3 industrial internships; 3 manuscripts (first-author published at top-tier conference, 2 pending) + 1 patent (filed to USPTO);

Email to check portal. Generic rejection. This was my last opportunity to get into a PhD programme. This cycle was not favourable to me. Good luck everyone.

Took myself off the waitlist on April 12 yet was accepted off the waitlist anyway. Will be declining as I have already accepted an offer elsewhere.

I already knew it was a reject because I emailed with a professor in late March. Could not let myself wait on this decision as I had offers waiting. Glad I didn't wait because by now those offers would've been past due. 5a/4r/1p

the technical interview was on 15 april, i was accepted the next day, with 4k/scholarship per term.

Rejected but offer a MA (even not my first choice of major). No scholarships.
