No GRE. DEI committee member. So excited, will accept!

Interviewed on 11/18, heard a rumor that final results will likely be released in early December

Did not require the GRE

Rejected off the waitlist; never received an email with status update, just checked the portal.

I am very frustrated with this application process. I have already accepted my offer from UT Austin, but I was never notified by UT Dallas Admissions that I was or was not on the waitlist, even well after the deadline of April 15th for most school decisions. My application was not reviewed at all until mid-June. However, when I emailed the program in mid-May, they informed me that they were essentially full for Fall 2022. I take this as my application was probably not even reviewed since they had already met their cap. I am happy with my choice for Fall 2022, but was disappointed by the lack of communication from this branch of a well-respected system.

Had an interview yesterday via video call and got acceptance letter today! This is for the distance program.

I have NOT heard back from them. Not even an interview but I hear they are doing interviews and will start selecting this week. Anyone in the same boat?
